Each member is given a key. One computer is setup for each candidate. Members vote by inserting Yubikey in the appropriate machine. Proxy voting is allowed and made easy and verifiable by the Yubikey. Voting secrecy is not important to the group. Originally conceived for a parliamentary debating society, you can think of the voting system as being similar to what the US Congress does.
